Privacy Policy

The National Archives of Malaysia is committed in ensuring the Privacy Policy is complied with according to the highest security standards and information confidentiality. This Privacy Policy is for the use and protection of any given information. Both parties are responsible to protect their registered personal data. The security features are:

User name and password
Each user will have a User ID with a unique password to access their own account. Without a valid ID, access to the application will be rejected. The User ID is their registered email addresses while the password is registered using a combination of alphabets, numbers and symbols (8 – 12 characters).
User personal data
All personal information provided during registration is only for the official use of the National Archives of Malaysia.

Policy Amendments
Any amendments to the Privacy Policy will be updated and will immediately come into effect.

The Government and the National Archives of Malaysia shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the usage of any information obtained from this web site. Companies referred to in this web site shall not be construed as agents nor as companies recommended by the National Archives of Malaysia
