The National Archives of Malaysia is committed and in compliance with the Online Finding Aids Application ICT Security Policy to ensure all transactions performed via the online services are secured, confidential and protected.Any links directed to the Online Finding Aids or vice versa are strictly prohibited. The dissemination of political, seditious or racist information, trespassing or attempts to hack or whatsoever form/nature that have detrimental effects on the reputation of the National Archives of Malaysia or public services are prohibited.
Violations of the stated Security Policy can be subject to actions as stipulated in the Official Secrets Act 1972 (Amendment 1986), Malaysian Cyber Laws, Personal Data Protection Act 2009 and the National Archives Act 2003 (Act 629).
